Warranty Guideline


If your product is found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase, please contact Kedai Hardware on 03-6250 2398 or by email to info@192.168.0.121. We will recommend the best course of action to get the issue resolved.

If your purchase is outside the period of 7 days, don’t worry, you are still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Duration of warranties varies from 1 month up to 24 months from the date of purchase depending on the products and manufacturer which will be stated on the product page.

PLEASE NOTE – The warranty does not apply, where:

  • Repairs have been made or attempted by others.
  • Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear.
  • The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
  • Alterations have been made to the tool.
  • This does not affect your statuary rights.

Steps to proceed for Warranty Claim

  1. Send use your e-request. You can find the request form from “My Account > Orders “
  2. Send to the nearest kedaihardware.com “Authorised Partner” or by sending us back the courier.
  3. Wait for our contact and we will deliver to you once it repaired.
